 Cuisine
The Cuisine Suite of software is ideally suited to the Hospitality market, which encompasses the Food Service Industry, Hotels, B&B's, Restaurants, Fast Food, Healthcare Industry and any other operation involving Food and Beverage or Accommodation.

The Cuisine suite is divided into an integrated set of Corporate modules that are designed to run at the head or regional office of the organisation and a corresponding interfaced suite of modules designed to run at each of the catering or operational units in the field.

The Cuisine modules which run in Head Office are called Corporate Cuisine and those run in the Operating Units themselves are called Cuisine.

The whole suite is built around the Contract Purchasing (Buying Manual) module. Aimed at the need to control purchasing through centralised purchasing contracts, allowing for the production of operating unit specific buying manuals which can be printed in hard copy or sent electronically to the unit where it can be imported into Cuisine F&B, the Food and Beverage Module which focuses on purchasing and stock consumption control. Cuisine F&B in turn can export purchasing data back to a corporate office for consolidation into the central database which is used for consolidated purchases reporting and management as well as rebate and discount calculations.

The Corporate Cuisine Suite also allows maintenance of Sales Items with the associated cost/GP control as well as the ability to track the cost of a basket of goods against PPI/CPI.

The Cuisine Suite has both an integrated POS and Facilities Management/ Accommodation module with Customer Accounts.

Specialist modules for catering in the Healthcare Industry and Correctional Facilities have recently been developed.

Each module in the suite conforms to the standard interface, and they are appropriately integrated.
